念願叶ってついに八重山そばを食べてきました。

鶏肉の天ぷらとゆで卵の天ぷらを追加で購入。
たくさん食べるんです私。
タンパク質だし、と言う言い訳。
さて肝心のお味ですが、
期待を裏切らないおいしさ!
島胡椒や、コーレーグスを入れるのを忘れていたので入れてみると、さらにおいしさアップ。
うどんも、八重山そばもおいしいなんて。
今度来たらどっちを食べようかまた迷ってしまいそうです。
I finally got my wish and ate Yaeyama soba at Gajumarushokudo.
The photo shows "Yaeyama soba small" and
I bought extra chicken tempura and boiled egg tempura.
I eat a lot of food.
It's protein, that's my excuse.
Now for the important part, the taste.
It was as good as I expected!
I forgot to put in the island pepper "pipachi" and "koregusu", so I did, and the taste was even better.
I can't believe that both udon and Yaeyama soba are delicious.
I can't decide which one to eat next time I come back.
