石垣市の繁華街にある焼肉屋さん石田屋に久しぶりに行ってきました。
この日は予約したお客さんのみでの営業でした。夏になって観光客の数も凄いので席がいっぱいなのかもしれませんね！
私がお友達に伝えているお勧めの焼肉屋さんリストの中に石田屋は入っています。
ジャンルで言うと高級系でしょうか？
脂がノリノリのお肉をたくさん食べてきました。
この日は扉のついた小さい個室に通されました。
注文は手元にあるブザーで店員さんを呼ぶスタイルです。
1番人気メニュー！とメニューに書いてあった焼しゃぶは片面5秒ずつ焼いてとアドバイスを受けました。焼き上がったらおろしポン酢のタレにつけてパクリ。
1番好評でした。
ここからは脂が乗りまくったお肉たち。
おいしいです！脂のノリが半端なく、どのお肉も簡単に噛み切れます。
結構こってりなので食べ過ぎ注意！
私には特上、極上、でなく並のお肉が向いているようですw
ミスジがジュージュー、網目をつけて焼き上がっています。
サイドメニューでは、冷麺とキムチがおいしかったです。ここの店の冷麺は弾力がほどよく、子供も喉に詰まらせることなく食べることができていました。
次はいつこれるかな？
I went to Ishida-ya, a barbecue restaurant in downtown Ishigaki City, for the first time in a long time.
On this day, it was open only for customers with reservations. Maybe the seats are full because it's summer and the number of tourists is huge!
Ishidaya is on my list of recommended yakiniku restaurants that I tell my friends about.
If I were to describe it in terms of genre, I would say it's a high-end type of barbecue restaurant.
We ate a lot of rich meat.
On this day, we were taken to a small private room with a door.
Ordering is done by calling the waiter with a buzzer on the table.
The most popular menu! I was advised to grill the yakishabu for five seconds on each side. After grilling, we dipped it in the grated ponzu sauce and snapped it off.
I understood why it's very popular...it's good!
From here on, the meat was full of fat.
Delicious! The fat is so thick that you can easily chew the meat.
It's quite rich, so be careful not to eat too much!
I think I'm more suited to the ordinary meats, not the extra-rich or super-rich ones.
The meat is grilled to a sizzling, netted finish.
On the side menu, the cold noodles and kimchi were delicious. The cold noodles here are moderately resilient and even the kids were able to eat them without choking.
Can't wait to visit there again.
