最近は、もうみんなの常識となっている感のあるふるさと納税ですが
石垣島に住んでいると、どんな自治体にも気軽に寄付って言うわけにはいかないのです！
数年前まではそんなに多くなかったのですが、もうここ最近は本当に厳しいです。
何がかと言うと… “離島配送不可”条件をつけているふるさと納税品が本当に多いのです。
最初は、果物などの生ものから始まり、今では冷凍食品に至るまで制限がかかっているのです。しくしく…数年前はさくらんぼとかりんごとか送ってもらうことできてたのに〜残念すぎます。
先日は、紙パックに入った豆乳をふるさと納税で注文したところ、こちらも配送不可と言うことで、配送先を変えるか、商品を変えるかにしてくださいと言うメールをもらいました。
長期保存可能食品やタオルとかの重量が軽いものも配送NGをくらったことがあります。
どうしたらいいの！？
今のところ、かろうじて佐賀県からのお米は送ってもらうことができているので、リピートしています。
また、ここで離島暮らしの残念ポイントが加算されてしまいました。

Recently, furusato tax donation has become a common practice for everyone, but living in Ishigaki Island makes it challenging to donate to just any local government!
It wasn't a big issue a few years ago, but lately, it has become really tough.
The problem is... there are so many furusato tax products that have the condition "not available for delivery to remote islands."
It started with fresh produce like fruits, but now even frozen food is restricted. It's so disappointing... I used to receive cherries and apples as gifts a few years ago, but not anymore.
Just the other day, I ordered packaged soy milk as part of my furusato tax donation, but I received an email saying it couldn't be delivered to my location and I had to change the delivery address or choose a different product.
I've also faced delivery restrictions on long-lasting food items and lightweight items like towels.
What should I do?!
For now, I can still receive rice from Saga Prefecture, so I've been repeating that donation.
It's another downside of living on a remote island.
